At DBS Bank, I lead end-to-end credit card portfolio analytics, building datasets to understand customer behavior, utilization, spend patterns, balances, delinquency, and recovery.
I use SQL, SAS, Alteryx, Power BI, and MicroStrategy to develop risk segmentation, analyze DPD, roll rates, NPL, and credit-limit strategies, and deliver KPI dashboards. My work has supported delinquency-reduction strategies by approximately 15% and reduced manual reporting effort by more than 35% through Power Automate.
Previously at Wipro, I supported Lloyd’s Banking Group through penetration-testing engagement management, stakeholder communication, reporting automation, data validation, SQL optimization, and Tableau governance.
