At EXL Services, I analyze credit policy changes for a US credit card portfolio, comparing roll rates and cure rates and evaluating net credit losses, delinquency, and charge-offs. My findings on a Branded card floor-value change now serve as a reference for a similar Retail cards change.
I also standardized KPI definitions across portfolio-level and centralized reporting, and built a SAS program that generates consolidated summary datasets for Tableau reporting across credit card workstreams.
Previously at EXL Services, I designed and implemented risk-based segmentation for applicants with limited financial capacity. The strategy enabled 70,000 additional bookings and $500,000 in incremental annual revenue.
I standardized fraud-alert rules across portfolios, improving the Straight-Through Processing rate by 32 bps and delivering $670,000 in incremental revenue. I also led standardization of Multi-App strategies, transitioning approximately 77K applications to automated processing.
