I am an empathetic engineering leader with over four years of experience managing high-performing, geographically distributed teams. Previously, I led a team of engineers to deliver the 2021 UK Census, the first cloud-native implementation of its kind. My background also includes a role at Ford Motor Company, where I managed cross-functional communication to ensure timely delivery of engine components.
