In my current Customer Experience Specialist role, I manage 20–40 inbound inquiries daily across phone, email, WhatsApp, and chat. I identify customer needs, recommend solutions, and respond within 10 minutes.

I track interactions in Zendesk and schedule service appointments and follow-ups, helping achieve 95% same-day satisfaction and avoid overdue follow-ups. I also use ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for research, drafting, and summarizing while keeping human judgment at the center.
