I’m an Executive Care Coordinator and healthcare operations professional with over 10 years of experience coordinating complex care pathways across residential, community, and multidisciplinary healthcare settings. I act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating appointments and diagnostics, tracking care plan milestones, and facilitating clear communication between clients and clinical teams.

In my current role as Director of Nursing / Senior Care Coordination Lead at Tinnypark Nursing Home, I coordinate GP visits, specialist appointments, diagnostics, follow-ups, and multidisciplinary reviews. I maintain accurate, timely documentation within electronic care records and operational systems, and I monitor operational quality indicators including responsiveness, appointment completion, and client satisfaction.

Previously, as Assistant Director of Nursing / Care Operations Coordinator at Signacare Waterford, I coordinated day-to-day care operations and served as a key liaison between residents, families, and the clinical team. I scheduled appointments and reviews in collaboration with physicians and allied health professionals, routed clinical queries with appropriate scope boundaries, and supported quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Before that, as Person in Charge / Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM2) with Brothers of Charity, Nagle Services, I coordinated complex care pathways across multidisciplinary teams and ensured adherence to operational workflows, governance standards, and care coordination processes.
