Chiamaka Ofoegbu

I am an organized, dependable caregiver and customer-care professional with experience in care assistance, teaching, and program support. I have a B.Sc. in Sociology and Anthropology and hands-on experience delivering first aid, medication support, and classroom care.

During NYSC I served as a Customer Care Representative where I managed partner communication, organized staff documents, and executed program activities on schedule. I have worked as a Care Assistant/Teacher delivering lessons, maintaining class decorum, preparing meals and medications, and providing first aid and ongoing treatment records.

I hold The Care Certificate and training in Basic First Aid and CPR; I am strong in communication, documentation, conflict resolution, and electronic record use, and I am eager to learn and grow in patient-centered roles.
