I'm building backend services and REST APIs at Nepal Internet Foundation for a cooperative financial interoperability platform. My work covers onboarding, member enrollment, wallet activation, balance inquiry, and fund transfers using FastAPI, PostgreSQL, and Docker.

I collaborate with frontend, database, and infrastructure teams to integrate modules, resolve cross-team issues, and run end-to-end testing. I also write architecture diagrams, API specifications, database designs, and deployment guides that support handoff and onboarding.

I built an AI Customer Support Bot with a Node.js/Express backend, React/Vite frontend, SQLite3, and the Google Gemini API. It supports contextual multi-turn conversations, FAQ confidence scoring, human escalation, conversation summaries, and analytics on escalation patterns.

I'm excited to work close to real-world operations and ship customer-facing software quickly, from database design and APIs through responsive interfaces.
