I’m looking for a role where I can support IT operations, troubleshoot confidently, and turn business needs into clear analytics using Excel now, while scaling into SQL and Power BI with strong teamwork and measurable impact.

I’m an ambitious, detail-oriented IT professional with a solid foundation in systems troubleshooting, network operations, database support, and data analytics. I deliver dependable user support while optimizing digital workflows and resolving IT infrastructure requests.

In my current role as Co-Founder & Technical Lead at Anchor Digital, I manage end-to-end digital advertising frameworks and performance tracking, while engineering structured data reporting protocols in Microsoft Excel. I clean, extract, analyze, and present campaign conversion and reach metrics, and I maintain internal digital infrastructure stability through device and connectivity support.

Through my IT and ICT industrial attachments, I provided high-level technical support by diagnosing hardware, software, and network configuration issues, monitoring uptime, and performing scheduled maintenance. I also built operational summaries, maintained organized technical data logs in Excel, and guided end-users through basic software operations to reduce turnaround times.
