I'm looking for a challenging job in a rapidly growing organization, with varied goals and objectives in a contemporary, economical business setting. I want opportunities to use my skills for the success of the organization.

At Blue Waters Hotel's Blue Dolphin Bar, I manage staff and daily operations, including scheduling, training, and maintaining inventory. I also handle customer relations and address complaints.

I manage the bar's budget, monitor costs, and work with suppliers on purchasing supplies. I also ensure health, safety, and sanitation requirements are followed and liquor licenses remain up to date.

Earlier, I supervised the service department at OK Mini Market Parklands, handling customer inquiries and complaints and supporting process improvement. My experience also includes restaurant and hotel administration, plus an internship in the Human Resources Department at Le Royal Meridien Hotel Abu Dhabi.
