What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead cross-functional programs and operations where I can improve workflows, strengthen governance and compliance, manage budgets and vendors, and use automation and data to deliver measurable outcomes.

I'm currently managing multi-million-dollar USDA initiatives at Hunger Free Oklahoma, directing schedules, compliance, workflows, and stakeholder alignment across multiple workstreams. I built SOPs, project charters, training programs, and system guides to support predictable delivery.

I've also managed budgets, vendor SLAs, contracts, and financial tracking at Paradigm Shift Leadership, and partnered with engineering to automate a legacy workflow that increased daily output by more than 130%.
