I’ve spent 5+ years working as an MTN Agent, supporting customers with mobile money deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. I’m dedicated and reliable, and I focus on delivering professional, friendly service every time.

I handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related concerns by listening carefully and communicating clearly in English. I also maintain accurate transaction records and help customers with MTN products and services.
