I’m looking for a construction accounting role where I can own AP and progressive billing, safeguard mechanic’s lien timelines, and turn WIP/P&L data into clear, risk-aware insights for leadership.

I’m a highly analytical, detail-oriented Project Accountant focused on construction financial compliance. I direct high-volume Accounts Payable, execute precise invoice reconciliation and cash disbursement workflows, and build clean project launch “job setups” by aligning budgets, cost-coding, and contractual milestones.

I protect projects through rigorous contract and risk controls: I review master agreements for retainage and progressive billing requirements, manage performance and payment bonds and OCIP/CCIP structures, and keep multi-state mechanic’s lien preservation timelines on track. I also process subcontractor conditional/unconditional lien waivers and notices, track construction change orders accurately, and generate weekly WIP and profit & loss visibility.

Alongside construction accounting, I deliver strong tax support. As a Tax Professional at H&R Block, I conducted tax interviews, prepared and reviewed complex federal and state individual returns, resolved filing discrepancies, and maintained strict document confidentiality during seasonal deadlines and regulatory oversight.

I bring additional operational depth from earlier compliance and office roles.
