I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) construction project accounting professional with nearly 10 years of experience supporting commercial construction projects and fast-paced project teams. I specialize in subcontractor payments, billing, labor transfers, compliance approvals, and project setup—staying consistently accurate, organized, and responsive across multiple simultaneous jobs.

At DPR Construction as an SPW Project Accountant, I manage payment disbursements and administrative workflows, perform labor transfers (including MEO and overhead coding/moves), and prepare monthly draw billings in Textura. I also maintain labor rate setup and project setup requests in Cosential, post subcontracts, remove administrative holds, and support early pay/check requests. Previously, as a Field Office Coordinator, I coordinated contracts, invoices, project documentation, and office operations, scheduling meetings, managing travel logistics, and supporting SPW project teams across job sites.
