I manage construction billing documentation, including schedules of values, payment applications, retainage, and lien waivers. For Palms at Plantation, I handle rent billing, collections, and lease-related reconciliations, and audit tenant accounts against lease terms to find discrepancies.
At Gemstone Industrial Services, I managed billing and collections for industrial and public infrastructure projects and recovered more than $15 million in past-due receivables within approximately six months. Across my construction and property accounting work, I’ve also supported job costing, vendor payments, and financial reporting using QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting and project platforms.
