What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote role where I can own end-to-end proposal writing and quality checks for clinical trial work—drafting, proofreading, and aligning documents to RFP requirements while collaborating with a team to hit turnaround goals.

I’m a Proposal Manager working remotely with Labcorp (formerly Covance), where I draft and proofread Central Laboratory proposal documents and quality-check work produced by other proposal managers.

I review clinical trial protocol documents to prepare marketing material, and I interpret protocols for global clinical trials and studies so proposals align with sponsor needs and RFP requirements.

Across my proposal roles, I manage strict turnaround time submissions, write and proofread training materials and job aids, and lead team meetings to review metrics and establish goals.

Before proposal management, I worked as a Proposal Coordinator at Brandstetter Carroll Inc and as a remote Proofreader at Writer’s Relief, Inc., strengthening my editing discipline through style guides and Microsoft Word’s Track Changes.
