Currently, I serve as an Assistant Data Officer at the Kentucky Administrative Office of the Courts, where I develop and optimize data warehouses and ETL processes to support statewide reporting and analytics. My role involves managing complex data integration from various sources, ensuring compliance, and performing data modeling to create custom datasets for stakeholders.

Previously, I worked as the Alternatives to Incarceration Program Manager at the Salt Lake Legal Defender Association, where I successfully collaborated with county government to implement an automated data pipeline.
