I’m a business data, records, and admin automation support professional who helps small businesses organize scattered records, track payments, clean data, and build simple systems for daily operations. I focus on practical record systems, dashboards, automation, and reminders that business owners can actually use without depending on complicated software.

In my work as an Independent Business, Data & Digital Solutions Consultant, I build spreadsheet-based systems that make it easier to know who has paid, who is owing, what expenses were made, and what records need attention. I use Google Sheets, Google Forms, Excel, Make.com, and Zoho Books (plus QuickBooks) to improve how information is collected, updated, tracked, and reported, and I create automation and reminder workflows to reduce missed updates and repeated manual checking.

My projects reflect this approach: I set up a payment record automation system for Glory Education Centre with clean structure, dashboards, and reminders; I built a fashion business record system that brought sales, customer, payment, expense, and order activity into one easy-to-update place; and I created tenant/property record automation for a real estate client to centralize rent status, balances, follow-up notes, and a simple dashboard for quick checks.

I also bring a strong research and analytics foundation. From 2018–2022, I supported over 40 students and researchers with data cleaning, SPSS/Excel analysis, reporting, and interpretation, and I trained students and early-career researchers on SPSS, Excel, basic statistics, and research reporting. Across roles, I aim to make record-keeping clearer, follow-up smoother, and day-to-day operations less stressful.
