What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Contract Administrator/Proposal Coordinator role where I can manage tenders, coordinate documents, run quantity take-offs, and use transport modeling/GIS skills to support infrastructure delivery and sustainable mobility.

I’m an experienced Contract and Tender Coordination professional with over two years of experience delivering high-value infrastructure projects. I’m committed to applying my strengths in document administration, project coordination, and clear stakeholder communication to support strong project outcomes.

In my most relevant roles, I’ve assisted with project administration for tunneling works and delivered detailed quantity take-offs with 100% compliance for claimant processes. I’ve also managed more than 10 tender exercises, coordinating quotations and streamlining tendering to support accurate costing, comparisons, and successful civil infrastructure bids.
