What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a SOC Analyst or Security Analyst role where I can apply hands-on SIEM, alert triage, Linux, networking, and incident-response skills while continuing to grow through real security operations work.

I'm targeting SOC Analyst and Security Analyst roles, backed by a Computer Science degree and hands-on security operations projects.

In my home SIEM lab, I've deployed Wazuh on Ubuntu, onboarded Raspberry Pi and Kali Linux endpoints, configured log ingestion and dashboards, and tuned detection rules using simulated attacks against Metasploitable targets. I document findings as structured incident reports and isolate the lab on a dedicated VLAN to mirror enterprise segmentation.

I'm also building a secure AWS landing zone with least-privilege IAM, MFA, multi-region CloudTrail, GuardDuty, and AWS Config. My maintenance and shop-management background strengthened the troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, proactive monitoring, and communication I bring to security event triage.
