I helped achieve 92% tool-call accuracy, reduced hallucinated tool arguments by 55%, and sustained 1.3s p95 latency under concurrent production load on GCP.
At Rocket Mortgage, I engineered PyTorch, BERT, and CRF document intelligence pipelines over Kafka streams, reducing manual annotation and verification work by 70%. I also improved GPU inference latency and delivery reliability while building semantic onboarding that increased underwriter throughput from 18 to 25 documents per hour.
