At Summit County Job & Family Services, I conduct risk-based reviews of eligibility and documentation for Medicaid, SNAP, and TANF, applying federal and state regulations to identify discrepancies and compliance concerns.

I maintain accurate, complete, audit-ready case files and prepare detailed reports and correspondence used in hearings, reviews, and regulatory processes. I also work with attorneys, agencies, and internal stakeholders to verify information, resolve gaps, and support corrective action.

My earlier education roles at Hope Northcoast Academy and Barberton High School strengthened my approach to compliant recordkeeping, reporting, data tracking, and confidential information management.

I'm focused on careful policy interpretation, detailed documentation review, and risk mitigation in regulated environments.
