What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help build and scale a regulated banking platform where core technology decisions are made and shipped quickly, products can launch without structural debt, and regulatory requirements are treated as design constraints.

I've led large-scale banking platform transformations at Rabobank and Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management, replacing legacy systems while protecting live regulatory reporting and business operations.

At Rabobank, I owned the roadmap for decommissioning the Finance & Risk core and building its cloud replacement. I prioritized change across finance, treasury, risk, regulation and senior management, while establishing data lineage and golden sources across the chain.

At Morgan Stanley, I led a cross-functional team of 13+ delivering an enterprise data platform for 8,000+ clients and $150bn+ AUM, and brought an agentic portfolio assessment product into production. Previously, as APAC Data Practice Lead at Synechron, I held P&L responsibility and delivered for Standard Chartered and Rabobank.
