I walked into AxesNetwork as their first QA hire. There was no QA function. Clients were the ones finding the bugs.

I built it from nothing. Jira workflows, test environments, test cases, release checklists, bug report templates. Four years later I was the person deciding whether a release shipped.

The surface was wide: IoT devices, web dashboards, client portals, mobile apps on real iOS and Android hardware, desktop applications, installers, ERP. Localization across 12 plus languages, which in practice means catching text that overflows its box in one language and truncates in another, language switching that does not persist, and date and currency formats that only break in certain regions.

I once told leadership not to demo at a trade show because I did not think the product would survive it. Nobody wanted to hear that. It was still the right call.

Outside of salaried QA I consult under my own name as an Operational Efficiency Consultant, usually for companies with no technical staff of their own. I find where the time and money are leaking, then build the documentation and tracking that keeps it fixed once I am gone.

Native bilingual in English and French. I test on macOS, Linux, Windows, Android and virtual machines because I build on all of them. Lean Six Sigma White Belt (CSSC), Green Belt in progress. Postman API testing fundamentals. My Playwright suite is a portfolio project rather than production automation, and I will say so before anyone asks. SQL I am still learning.
