I am a passionate and innovative Lead Site Reliability Engineer with extensive experience in building and aligning application teams with risk-oriented processes. My journey has been marked by a commitment to guiding tech teams through end-to-end telemetry, monitoring, and self-healing practices utilizing modern automation techniques. I take pride in coaching and mentoring team members, helping them grow while implementing effective SLAs, SLOs, and SLIs.

Currently, I lead a team at JPMorgan Chase, where I have transformed our approach from reactive to proactive by developing customer-centric synthetic transactions. My role involves direct product conversations to establish written SLAs, which enable us to derive meaningful SLOs and SLIs. I have successfully built a team from the ground up, providing mentorship and support to foster a culture of excellence in our SRE practice. My vision is to create a robust foundation for our applications through comprehensive dashboards and data-driven decision-making.
