What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue improving my skills in a role where I can work efficiently, support others, take on new challenges, and contribute as a dependable team player.

I'm currently supporting students at The Codrington International School of Business, working one-on-one and in small groups to reinforce lessons, prepare materials, monitor progress, and maintain an organized classroom.

Previously, I completed Sandals Barbados and Sandals Royal Barbados Resorts' hospitality training program in Club Sandals, where I welcomed guests, handled questions and concerns, managed lounge appearance and stock, and supported check-in and check-out procedures.

My retail sales experience at Cariloha and Del Sol strengthened my customer service, cash handling, communication, teamwork, accountability, and problem-solving skills. I continue developing professionally through language learning, reading, photography, and graphic design.

Working one on one or in small groups with students to reinforce lessons, preparing materials, setting up equipment, and keeping the classroom tidy. Monitoring student progress and reporting back to the main teacher, and supervising students during recess, lunch, assemblies, and field trips.
