I am a Software Quality Analyst with over four years of experience supporting enterprise web and desktop applications in Agile environments. I specialize in manual, regression, exploratory, smoke, and UAT testing and have been promoted to SQA Analyst III for consistently exceeding quality metrics.

I perform API testing with Swagger, Apollo, and Postman to validate backend data accuracy and integrations, and I use Jira for defect tracking and root cause analysis. I have supported hotfixes and critical production issues, validating fixes under tight deadlines.

I collaborate cross-functionally with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of defects and to improve testing processes. I also develop and update reporting to support user inquiries and mentor peers to share QA knowledge.
