What I'm looking for

I’m looking to help regulated enterprises scale GenAI safely through audit-ready governance: risk-tiering, control mapping, data readiness, and monitoring, while partnering across business and compliance to deliver measurable business value.

I help enterprises operationalize Responsible AI into practical governance operating models—especially across the GenAI lifecycle. I focus on audit-ready control alignment, risk assessment, data readiness, human oversight, and monitoring that supports safe, governed adoption.

In my recent role as Manager for AI Governance & Responsible AI, I contributed to the design and operationalization of an audit-ready governance operating model covering ownership, risk classification, controls, monitoring, evidence, and reporting. I structured 20+ AI/GenAI use cases through lifecycyle governance—intake, ownership, risk-tiering, data readiness, control mapping, validation/approval evidence, periodic review, and measurable value realization.

I’m comfortable partnering across business, technology, data, risk, compliance, legal, privacy, security, and audit stakeholders to align AI adoption with enterprise control expectations. I also translate standards themes (NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, OECD AI Principles, and EU AI Act readiness) into usable governance artifacts, templates, and trackers that teams can run consistently.
