At Prudential PLC, I lead Group AI governance execution across 35+ business units. I review AI use cases, including GenAI and LLM systems, and make recommendations to the committee Chair.
I consolidated high-risk AI findings into residual-risk assessments for country CRO sign-off and helped bring production AI systems through assessment to endorsement. After backtesting found errors in 60% of systems reviewed, the committee made the program group-wide.
At Tata Consultancy Services, I designed and implemented an AI risk monitoring framework for AIG mapped to the EU AI Act, MAS FEAT, China TC260, Korea AI Act and other APAC regulation. I also worked on banking risk controls and resilience, and automated control reporting using ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer and Power BI.
