At Warner Bros. Discovery, I own enterprise AI intake and governance, assessing more than 200 requests a month. I redesigned the review and approval model, reducing turnaround from 60 days to under three without diluting review rigour.
I drive delivery of the in-house AI platform suite, including AI Dex, AI Sandbox, Agent Registration and the MCP Portal. I also made previously unreported AI spend visible and built an AI benefits pipeline approaching $1M.
At KPMG Assurance and Consulting Services LLP, I delivered data governance, MDM and data quality programmes for clients in banking, pharmaceuticals, government and telecom. My work included a Customer 360 data lake for an international bank and governance frameworks and roadmaps for clients across multiple countries.
