I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can support customers, maintain accurate documentation, and improve processes through analysis and follow-up while working closely with cross-functional teams and learning continuously.

I’m a motivated graduate engineer trainee who coordinates operations and keeps documentation accurate, working closely with production, design, procurement, and quality teams. I’m detail-oriented, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and use analytical problem-solving to resolve process issues.

I also enjoy providing excellent customer support and ensuring a positive client experience. In my role, I supported compliance with quality standards and strengthened my ability to work independently in remote environments while continuing to learn and improve.
