Served as the principal analyst for designing and implementing custom reporting for over 200 of Microsoft’s Global Executives, significantly increasing adoption rate by 165%. Utilized SQL and Python's pandas library to convert raw data into actionable business insights and created custom monthly and quarterly reports for Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella.

Worked cross-functionally with managers and team leads to establish metric tracking and build reporting dashboards in Tableau and Sigma for various initiatives and experiments. Created reporting and tracked metrics to support business process improvements related to COVID Health and Safety, COVID Financial Assistance, and California Prop 22. Successfully tracked an A/B test of the Dasher sign-up page, leading to a 22% increase in US signups and a 17% increase in Canadian signups.

Managed the operation and performance of the Dasher line of business in new launch markets, contributing to $4 Million worth of orders placed. Increased the net First Dash percentage in assigned markets from 79% to 100% and boosted the Indianapolis market Net Promoter Score by 33% during COVID.
