What I'm looking for

I'm open to global remote roles through an Employer of Record or contractor arrangement, where I can build and iterate on autonomy, motion-planning, and machine-learning systems.

At Meituan Autonomous Delivery, I built end-to-end learning-based interaction planning—from production data mining and feature design through Wayformer-based trajectory generation, evaluation, deployment, and iteration. I improved Miles per Intervention by approximately 5x and developed recovery, narrow-road navigation, and obstacle-avoidance capabilities for campus delivery vehicles.

I've also improved speed planning and decision-making at Pony.ai, built semantic search models at Vipshop using PySpark and DSSM, and developed NLP prototypes with Fairseq at CUHK-Shenzhen. I work across C++, Python, PyTorch, simulation, offline evaluation, and production closed-loop systems.
