Chami Jayathilake

I'm an Audit Supervisor in Ernst & Young's Risk Consulting Division in Kandy, where I've built over four years of experience in financial reporting, risk consulting, internal auditing, and financial governance.

I lead internal audit engagements, process reviews, and agreed-upon procedures for organizations including Unilever Sri Lanka, Noritake Porcelain, Fonterra Brands Lanka, Suwasevana Hospital, and Trinity College Kandy. I assess risk, evaluate internal controls, review financial statements, and prepare audit reports aligned with IFRS and regulatory requirements.

I also manage end-to-end accounting work, including management accounts, statutory financial statements, AP and AR, payroll, reconciliations, VAT compliance, and variance analysis. Under EY assignments, I've overseen accounting services for two client companies.

I'm a MAAT member and am currently pursuing the Corporate Level of CA Sri Lanka. I bring commitment, loyalty, clear client coordination, and hands-on support for stronger controls and sound financial decision-making.
