I’m a Schneider Electric professional focused on customer growth through digital product content, inside sales support, and responsive customer service. Since March 2025, I’ve been working as a Software Digital Content Leader, creating and communicating product content to help clients make confident decisions.
In my Secure Power roles for KSA and then Inside Sales (June 2022–March 2025), I owned customer qualification and contact research, sustained strong customer relationships, and responded quickly to inquiries with high-quality service. I handled generating and managing quotations, proactively initiating outbound calls to pursue new business prospects, and collaborating closely with the sales team to support overall sales efforts.
Earlier, as a Commercial and Logistics Support Customer Care Agent (September 2019–May 2022), I acted as the primary contact for customers and sales representatives, managing both pre-sales and post-sales functions. I supervised customer accounts, handled end-to-end order-to-billing processes, tracked orders for on-time delivery, and managed material returns, samples, freight damage claims, and expedited orders—while coordinating with internal teams to keep operations moving.
I also bring sustainability leadership and project experience into my work, including Territory Sustainability Leader for Francophone Africa & Islands and launching the Sustainability Ambassadors Community. From webinar organization (including a global session with +1000 participants) to COP28 MEA participation and multiple sustainability playbooks and learning paths, I’m driven by communication, cross-functional collaboration, and building momentum that lasts.
