I'm looking for a product role where I can own customer and business problems end to end, use research and analytics to shape decisions, and build measurable B2B or B2C products with cross-functional teams.

At FabHotels and TravelPlus, I owned requirements for Cab CRS, an internal tool for offline cab bookings, vendor onboarding, and automated invoice generation. My work reduced billing errors by 30% while supporting Rs.50L+ in monthly billing across 200+ invoices.

I scoped Gemini prompt logic for an LLM-based price dispute verification agent, using OTA cross-check parameters and match scoring to reduce unverified price overrides by approximately 30% of daily disputes.

I use Mixpanel and Amplitude to turn funnel behavior into product decisions. A pay-now CTA change increased pay-now bookings by 8% in 30 days, while a PDP revamp lifted hotel-view-to-book conversion from 10% to 12% in 45 days.
