I’m a DevOps Engineer with 2.5+ years of experience building and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure. I focus on improving deployment speed, reliability, and scalability through automation, containerization, and strong observability.
In my recent role, I administered AWS infrastructure for 20+ microservices across DEV, SIT, UAT, and PRE PROD using EC2, EBS, S3, Aurora RDS, VPC, IAM, ALB, ECR, EKS, and CloudWatch. I provision environments with Terraform (modules) and stabilized Jenkins CI/CD pipelines by resolving build-stage failures and integrating Trivy and SonarQube for better code quality and fewer critical/high vulnerabilities.
I also manage Kubernetes operations on Amazon EKS—deploying with Helm, troubleshooting pod-level issues, and performing controlled cluster upgrades with pre/post validation. To enhance operational resilience, I automate Linux configuration with Ansible, support incident investigations/RCAs, and reduce cloud costs by ~15% through EBS cleanup, EC2 right-sizing, and S3 lifecycle policies.
Before DevOps, I worked as a Technical Support Engineer handling 300+ tickets monthly and managing Azure VMs, Office 365, SSL certificate operations, backups/restores, and patching. That experience sharpened my troubleshooting mindset, communication, and ability to drive fixes within SLA while keeping systems secure and stable.
