TunisiaWhat I'm looking for
At Huawei Technologies Tunisia, I analyzed customer complaints and network KPI data for SpiriCom, a telecom complaint analytics and network intelligence platform. I built ETL pipelines and developed anomaly-detection, disengagement-risk, and segmentation models.
I also delivered an interactive NOC dashboard and GIS complaint map for network operations teams. My work included spatio-temporal analysis to identify recurring service-degradation patterns across Tunisia.
At Intellisec Solutions, I designed and developed AI-powered applications using large language models and built n8n automation workflows. Earlier, I contributed to a real-time hand-detection system at FouFusa and supported automotive embedded software testing at Renault.
