I've supported the City of Jacksonville's data center as a Network Operation Center Technician II, monitoring network infrastructure through SCOM and SolarWinds, escalating outages, and writing SOPs to prevent unauthorized access to secure areas.

Previously, I resolved Azure Commercial and GCC-High cloud issues at Microsoft, supporting tenant management, subscription migrations, Microsoft Entra ID, PowerShell, Azure CLI, and Linux and Windows VM troubleshooting. I'm now seeking an entry-level security role where I can apply incident response, network security, and risk management skills, backed by Google's Cybersecurity certification, Mandiant incident management training, and ongoing CompTIA Security+ preparation.
