What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Tier 1 SOC or security operations role where I can apply hands-on network/security systems experience, grow in incident response, and contribute to a security-aware team culture.

I am a cybersecurity-focused IT professional pursuing a Tier 1 SOC Analyst role, combining formal coursework and hands-on field experience.

I hold CompTIA Security+ and the Google Cybersecurity Certificate, and I’ve completed labs in Azure administration, firewall configuration, network security, and vulnerability assessment.

In field roles I configured and managed IP cameras, door access controls, PoE devices, and fire alarm systems, applied firewall and VLAN segmentation, and practiced methodical troubleshooting consistent with incident response and SOC triage.

I document ticket resolution, prioritize based on business impact, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive access data and PII, bringing a practical, threat-aware mindset to security operations.
