At Amazon (AWS), I shaped design across cloud services and expanded the portfolio from 12 to 34+ services without additional headcount. I drove Console Studio, a no-code console app that reduced delivery time from 5+ weeks to days, and helped bring generative AI into workflows that turn console actions into production-grade infrastructure as code.
At Sony PlayStation (SIE), I led design for the Partner Platform and helped redefine the PS5 social experience, including Game Base, messaging, voice chat, and screen sharing. Earlier, I designed eCommerce, mobile, and in-vehicle experiences at Lowe’s Companies Incorporated, as a consultant, and at Qualcomm and Kyocera Wireless Corporation.
