At Amasya Municipality, I coordinate strategic planning, performance monitoring, and budget processes, linking institutional priorities with annual programmes and investment needs. I also coordinate project proposals and funding applications with municipal departments and external partners.
From 2020 to 2024, I supported municipal sustainability and environmental policies, including climate action and circular economy initiatives. I prepared greenhouse gas assessments using ISO 14064-1:2018 principles and developed project fiches, grant applications, and feasibility studies for development agency and donor-funded programmes.
As Beneficiary PIU Director and Key Expert for the Amasya Municipal Environmental Infrastructure & Wastewater Collection System, I directed implementation of infrastructure contracts under FIDIC Red Book and PRAG procedures. I coordinated contract administration, payment verification, and reporting with supervising engineers and public authorities.
At Amasya Municipality’s wastewater treatment facility, I managed plant operations and compliance with the EU Urban Waste Water Treatment Directive. My background also includes drinking-water network planning and environmental compliance, supported by my ongoing studies in environmental engineering and management information systems.
