What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead technical and commercial proposal work and project control for hydropower and water infrastructure projects, partnering with multidisciplinary teams, managing risks and contracts, and supporting ISO 14001 and ESG initiatives.

I’ve spent 18 years as a civil engineer focused on hydrological, hydraulic, geotechnical, and structural design for dams, weirs, HEPPs, and water infrastructure. I specialize in business development, tender and proposal management, cost estimation, and financial analysis for national and international financing institutions.

In my current role in Ankara, I prepare technical and commercial proposals, review tender documents and specifications, coordinate proposal schedules and submissions, and manage client queries and clarifications. I also monitor project progress and performance, prepare and review progress payment applications, support ISO 14001 Environmental Management System implementation, and contribute to ESG, sustainability, and internal control initiatives.
