I support İller Bankası on World Bank, Islamic Development Bank, AFD, and other IFI-funded municipal transport projects, reviewing feasibility, design, demand, procurement, and implementation readiness for investments including electric buses, tramways, traffic control centers, and grade-separated junctions.

Previously, I directed transport planning and traffic engineering delivery at Puyol Consulting and Engineering, leading multidisciplinary teams across Türkiye and international assignments in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Bosnia, and Malta. My work has covered traffic modelling, impact assessment, temporary traffic management, public transport analysis, road safety, bicycle and pedestrian planning, and ITS, with more than 35 urban mobility and transport projects delivered.

I hold a Ph.D. in Traffic and Transportation Engineering from Middle East Technical University, where my research evaluated public bus transit performance using smart card data. I bring practical modelling, technical review, stakeholder coordination, and quality assurance to complex mobility investments.
