I completed the ALX Virtual Assistant program, then applied that training through remote work as a Freelancer. I handled data entry, research, data labeling, data annotation, and transcription—always with high attention to detail.

As a Transcriber with Verbit (remote), I transcribed legal and non-legal files. I also worked as a Sales Assistant (Lenati Boutique), where I supported customers, maintained customer satisfaction, and contributed to sales processes like drawing up purchases and sales day books.

I’ve also built careful, confidential data-handling experience as an Enumerator for the National Census and housing Zambia. I conducted interviews, collected and recorded data, verified data accuracy, and ensured confidentiality and security of information.
