Designed and fabricated automated work cells for automotive, military, and building products. Programmed Allen Bradley PLCs using RS-Logix and developed control logic for robotic automation cells, including HMI interfaces and Ethernet setups.

Managed Engineering and CNC drill/rout departments, overseeing database administration, inventory control, and job production scheduling. Designed and implemented real-time job tracking and production control metrics, increasing productivity from 4 to 11 batch jobs per day.
