At Merck & Co., Inc., I directed strategy and governance for a $12M–$25M annual global meeting portfolio, advising senior and C-suite leaders on investment, risk, and execution. I reduced operational spend by 25% through strategic sourcing and process improvements while maintaining program quality and stakeholder outcomes.
Across Merck and client assignments, I shaped pharmaceutical meeting programs including investigator meetings, advisory boards, clinical programs, and speaker trainings. I guided teams through country-specific HCP requirements and compliance reviews, including Legal and Regulatory review of content and communications.
Earlier, at BCD Meetings and Events, on Assignment for Pfizer, I managed 35–50 programs annually across domestic and international markets. My work included budgets, sourcing, supplier management, logistics, and compliance processes such as Transfer of Value.
I also founded The Caterer’s Daughter and launched Feed it FWD, a community initiative that rescued more than 10,000 pounds of food for food-insecure populations. Across hospitality and events roles, I negotiated a $3.5M national contract at Latitude Catering and exceeded first-year sales projections by 300% at The Lodge at Suttle Lake.
