CATRINA JAYE BESA

I’m a Business Administration graduate with a focus on operations management, backed by hands-on experience from a 4-month internship at EMCOR. I’m motivated by delivering high-quality results and communicating clearly with clients and teams.

During my Operations Internship (OJT) at EMCOR (January–April 2025), I served as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing helpful product and service information. I also prepared and submitted daily/weekly reports to management while ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

I strengthened my administrative and coordination skills by organizing physical and digital files to improve office efficiency, and by collaborating across departments to resolve client concerns. I’m recognized for academic excellence as a Dean’s Lister, and I bring that same work ethic to every task.

As Head of Art Club (Cachalot) from 2024–2026, I led the creative department for two years—coordinating art and technical requirements, managing project deadlines, and working with three other departments (Journal, Technical, and Paper). My Senior Business Capstone experience further sharpened how I analyze business operations and present feasibility work using MS PowerPoint.
