At Kyo, I piloted an AI-assisted documentation workflow that reduced the time staff spent on administrative tasks by an average of 45 minutes per day. I also supervise clinical staff and support service delivery, documentation, and billing compliance.
At Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP), Community Health, I managed a $3–9M equity-focused program portfolio, including a $3M fresh produce access initiative that delivered $1M in produce access to underserved families.
I standardized data collection, analysis, and reporting across 12 teams, and translated program data into impact reports, presentations, and dashboards used in executive and board-level decisions. I also designed and evaluated a health equity program focused on racial disparities in maternal health outcomes.
My earlier work included participatory program evaluations, community needs assessments, and individualized data collection systems. At The Claremont Autism Center, I designed monitoring protocols that improved measurable program outcomes by 25% and trained and coached more than 60 staff.
