I’m a detail-oriented and reliable professional with advanced English (C1) and a strong track record in customer service and administrative support. I’m comfortable helping remote clients, coordinating workflows, and adapting quickly to new systems, especially when supporting international teams.

In my current role, I assist customers via email and phone, resolve inquiries efficiently, and keep processes accurate. I process transactions, verify billing accuracy, maintain organized documentation, and coordinate daily operations in a fast-paced environment.
