What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex programmes, strengthen delivery governance, and provide confidential advisory support to senior leaders navigating organisational pressure and change.

At RealWorld Systems, I lead enterprise implementation programmes across a EUR 2.5 million portfolio and a delivery organisation of more than 40 people, while building delivery methodology, capacity planning, and project management capability. Previously, I led PMO and Agile practice at Garrett Motion, directed a FIFA development team at Electronic Arts Romania, and managed strategic programmes at Vodafone exceeding EUR 20 million.

Alongside programme leadership, I run a private psychoanalytic psychotherapy and executive advisory practice for leaders navigating succession, authority, isolation, and sustained decision-making pressure. I bring over twenty years across telecommunications, gaming, automotive technology, and enterprise software, supported by a PhD in Engineering, MBA, PMP certification, academic teaching, and PMI governance leadership.
